Introducing the Member Scorecard

Do you remember the last time you had to travel and didn’t know who was going to watch your dog? It can be stressful and the process of looking for a sitter can be frustrating, especially when you don’t hear back in time.

An important part of building a trusted community is knowing that you can rely on other members. And it starts with knowing that when you reach out to someone, you will hear back.

So to help you in your search, and to encourage everyone to always respond, we are introducing the member scorecard. Here is an example:

The scorecard is shown each members’ public profile and helps you quickly tell when a member is active and responsive. We also use this information to improve search results and show active members first.
